Cigar Tasting- Partagas 1845

Partagas 1845 is an exciting new take on one of the world’s most iconic premium cigar brands.

As the first new collection to follow the critically-acclaimed Benji Menendez Partagas Master Series, Partagas 1845 is a departure from the traditional Cameroon-wrapped expressions of the brand. This new collection embodies 167 years of heritage and expert cigar making. In fact, the legendary Benji Menendez called Partagas 1845 “one of the most significant blends I have ever been involved in developing.”

Wrapper: Ecuadoran Habano
Lustrous, with a unique color and hearty texture, the viso wrapper reveals distinct flavor nuances at different occasions during the smoking experience.

Binder: Connecticut Habano
Extremely sweet and extremely strong, this proprietary binder spent nine years in development. A product of General Cigar’s dedicated research and development initiative, it imparts an optimal balance to the wrapper and filler tobacco.

Filler: Dominican & Nicaraguan Ligero & Seco
Cultivated in three distinct growing areas, select Nicaraguan fillers are aged in Dominican rum barrels, a proprietary process which enhances their aroma.

This delicious cigar is available in the following 5 sizes:
  • Corona Extra Size: 4 1/2 x 46
  • Robusto Size: 5 1/2 x 49
  • Gigante Size: 6 x 60
  • Toro Grande Size: 6 1/4 x 54
  • Double Corona Size: 7 1/4 x 54
Partagas 1845 is full-flavored with a medium-bodied taste profile. Bearing hints of coffee and cocoa, this unique smoking experience sits firmly between the mild and aromatic flavor of classic Partagas and the strong, sweet taste of Partagas Black Label.

All of the tobaccos used in Partagas 1845 undergo lengthy aging and fermentation. As such, this rich and complex smoke is destined to appeal to the most discriminating of premium cigar smokers.
