Another Cigar Blog

Hello Cigar Lovers,

Welcome to our new blog! 

We know what you are thinking: "O great! Not another cigar blog." Trust us, we don't want to waste your valuable time with "go buy this or go buy that.". We want to create a community where you, the reader, has as much of a say as we do. While we will review the latest cigars and accessories, we also invite any one who wants to post their own reviews to email us at josh@dwcigars.com and we will be happy to post your reviews.

DWCigars was established in 1996 by cigar enthusiast David Weiss. His vision was to share his love for cigars with the world. This vision began while working for a Santa Monica cigar shop named Lone Wolf Cigars (which was founded by none other than Chuck Norris and Jim Belushi). The store's roots can be traced back to 1893 as E.E. Barracks, one of Santa Monica's first tobacco shops. With the internet boom and his successful mail order catalog business, DWCigars was created. DWCigars has grown into one of the leading online cigar purveyors with unbeatable  low prices and personal touches that makes everyone feel like they are part of the family.

Growing up in Western New York, some of Joshua Green's fondest memories are sitting with family and/or friends smoking cigars and sharing experiences. With 10 years of cigar smoking under his belt, he has had the privilege of smoking a wide range of cigars and is looking to impart some of his knowledge and experiences with you. While he considers himself a novice still having much to learn, he hopes to create a community where all views of cigars and life can be expressed.  

We look forward to sharing our experiences, hearing your stories, but most importantly having fun and smoking great cigars!
